One would have expected former president of AERA, Ogundimu Kehinde to address the issue raised in the document distributed at the last general meeting, he instead came up with this letter to address the issue of his missing portrait in the secretariat of AERA. The tone of the letter suggests he is not happy. Yes, I wouldn't be happy too...

A woman and her three young daughters, abducted from their home in Kaduna metropolis over two months ago, have been rescued unharmed by operatives of the Kaduna State Police Command, authorities confirmed on Saturday.

The victims—Mojibat Musa Adewumi, 42, and her daughters Aisha Omobolanle Bello (14), Sofiat Omowonuola Bello (11), and Latifat Bolatito Bello (9) were taken captive on the night of September 1, 2019, around 9:00 p.m., at their residence on No. 5 Lagos Street, Kaduna metropolis in Kaduna State.

Abdullahi Ganduje, Kano governor, on Friday failed to appear before the state house of assembly committee investigating the videos of him allegedly receiving kickbacks from contractors.

The governor sent Muhammadu Garba, commissioner for information, and Ibrahim Mukhtar, justice commissioner, to represent him.
